Returns and exchanges
14-day returns
If the product is unused, its appearance and packaging are intact and all accessories are present, you may return it within 14 days.
Faulty products
If a product is faulty we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full. Delivery costs are refunded too.
Earphones and headphones
For hygiene reasons, opened earphones can only be returned if they are faulty.
Delivery charge
If the product is not faulty, the customer covers the return delivery cost.
